I bought the comb because the teeth were thinner to get through the nots behind the ears of my samoyed. They do work good to help pick through the knots. The length and width of the teeth are good. However, the teeth could be easily bent if you pull to hard on them. The comb will not work good for a double breed dog that is not already line combed. The hard pulling through the coat could damage the comb.
