HairLess Filters offer a versatile and effective solution for return air filtration across a wide range of commercial and residential systems. Designed to trap airborne debris, dander, and fur, these filters are ideal for high-traffic environments—especially pet-focused spaces like grooming salons, veterinary clinics, and pet retail locations.

• HL-6001 – 22" x 22"
  Fits a 23" square dropdown system.

• HL-6002 – 14" x 14"
  Fits a 14" x 14" return duct.

• HL-6003 – 4.5" x 10" Rectangle
  Used on floor-level return air for a furnace.

• HL-6004 – 4.5" x 8.5" Rectangle
  Also for floor-level furnace return air.

• HL-6005 – 10" x 21" Rectangle
  Designed specifically for window A/C units.

• HL-6006 – 14.5" x 16.5" Rectangle
  Created for older-style floor ducts with a raised surface.

• HL-6007 – 23.5" x 47.5" Rectangle (Purple)
  Designed for placement on top of dog cages to minimize dander spread.

  For use with a standard 23" x 23" ceiling vent.

Custom Color Options

All HairLess Filters are available in the same bold colors as our apron line, allowing you to coordinate with your facility’s branding or room aesthetics. Pet Supplies Plus facilities, for example, use our blue filters to blend seamlessly with their room design.

💡 Note: Special color filters are made to order and require additional lead time.

Installation Tips & Surface Prep

Return air vents can be tricky to install correctly. For best results:

1. Thoroughly clean the mounting surface with rubbing alcohol—multiple times if needed.

2. Burnish the area using fine sandpaper to remove any sheen or glossy finish.

3. Clean again with alcohol to ensure the surface is completely free of oil and residue.

Skipping these steps may result in poor adhesion and improper filter placement.
