Its removable battery can run for three hours. By making the battery removable, you can easily keep a backup Andis Pulse ZR 2 battery on hand in your kit for those times you need to groom for longer than three hours.

The lithium-ion power of this battery works with a powerful rotary motor. That combination allows the Andis ZR II purple clipper to easily cut any type of hair. This means that you only need to keep a single set of clippers in your grooming kit, even if you need to work on multiple types of dogs.

To further add to the versatility of these purple clippers, you can choose from five speeds ranging from 2,500 to 4,500 strokes each minute.

The included blade is CeramicEdge, a blade-style known for its sharpness and ability to run cool, especially when compared to steel. You get a size #10 blade but you can also use the clippers with any Show Edge or Andis UltraEdge blades that you already have on hand.
