The 505 Chris Christensen Buttercomb is an 8.5" comb with a tine that extends 1.25" inches from the base. As a result of the comb's light weight, it is a delight to use when combing through coats.

The thin tines that can penetrate the coat and remove dead hair set this comb apart from most others. The gentle tines are excellent for coarse coats. It has a silver nickel finish that is resistant to rust and chipping. For fluffing up coats for scissoring, use this comb. The 505 is also excellent for fluffing up Bichon Frises and top knots on poodles.
